Relay bot has to be a Twitch mod to avoid rate-limiting, but Twitch won't let one mod delete another mod's messages, so only the broadcaster can remove a bad relayed message.

Streamers who can't always mod their own chat (e.g. IRL streamers) are stuck waiting to personally delete it.

Ask: let mods remove a bad relayed message from Restream's own Chat dashboard, independent of the bot's Twitch mod status.
