Restream currently provides Chat (via Studio, browser, or desktop app) and Stream Analytics/Stats (under Analytics/Stream Sessions) as separate views.

There is no option to display both simultaneously in one interface.

Streamers who want to monitor engagement (chat) and performance (stats) during a live stream must switch back and forth.
