Manually select encoder for OBS Plugin

Currently, Restream automatically selects the encoder used for vertical streaming using the OBS plugin. Allowing manual selection could facilitate more optimized settings.

Here's a JSON i tested multiple times. it selects obs_x264, very fast, at 720P vertical only. at 3400kbps. for now i hope this helps...

Oh yes this fixed it and worked great. i just tested 3 streams for 1hr each and 0 issues. now i sit back and wait for Restream to fix it so i can just use their UI and not have to manually edit anything on the JSON....

Hello, Mac M1 Ultra user here.
That would be great... it seems the plugin auto selects:
Encoder: ffmpeg_aom_av1
Bitrate: 50
CQP: 1
Which is not good.. better x264 or VT hardware... Thank you for submitting this. It seems aitum has that available... Js..
