I want to be able to change my latency settings so there isn't a delay between me and my viewers.

Normal latency - 20-30 seconds of delay
Low latency - 10 seconds
Ultra-low latency - less than 5 seconds
This should be added as an option for Youtube via API

+1, I stream to YouTube and Twitch. Twitch is substantially lower latency and my YT viewers in the chat get confused when reactions from Twitch viewers come long before the content that the reaction is based on.

Also, the default for restream streams to youtube is normal latency while other platforms use low latency as the default. I'd like restream to use low as well by default so that its not necessary to change it.
