Why not pull the same game list as Twitch? Instead you have each user make a ticket about each game (this has to be a joke, right?). You also don't have PoE2, which is a HUGE glaring mistake, obviously. On a related note - maybe hire new engineers that know what they're doing. This is a stupid problem to run into since it is such an easy fix. It is also a glaring red flag about this service probably being a hacked together piece of crap that isn't going to work right - the worst first impression you could possibly give.
